
Have a good Chat with your spouse often.
You have to intentionally have conversations with your spouse, make time to talk about each other. After work sit together and share how your day went or on days you both spend your day apart, talk about your day. Make time to talk about what’s happening in each other’s lives. Take your husband or wife out, just the two of you; that’s spending quality time together, holding hands and touching each other. Go for a walk and share each other’s time like courtship.
